Wrongful Death

Has your loved one died
as a result of negligence? We can help!

A wrongful death can result from a vehicle accident, medical malpractice, a workplace accident, or poorly maintained premises.

If your loved one died as a result of someone else’s negligence, you may be eligible for compensation. The Personal Injury Group at Rudolph Clarke has a successful track record of helping our clients get the justice they deserve. Our attorneys obtained a $2.2 million settlement in a drowning death case and a

$4 million verdict for a case involving a daycare death.

Who can bring a wrongful death suit?

In Pennsylvania, the personal representative, administrator of the estate or the executor of his or her will is the appropriate person to bring a wrongful death claim. In instances where a wrongful death claim is not made within six months, the spouse, children or parents of the person who died may bring the wrongful death lawsuit.

Survivors can recover medical expenses, funeral costs and estate administration following a wrongful death. A surviving spouse and children may also recoup additional compensation.

If negligence led to your loved one’s death, the Personal Injury Group at Rudolph Clarke may be able to file a wrongful death claim and help you get the compensation you deserve.
